Food poisoning caused by E Coli
Escherichia coli (E Coli) breed in the man and animal inner. Bacteria E Coli O157 can be found in the flesh, raw vegetables, and unpasteurized milk. Typical symptoms of food poisoning caused by the E Coli (high temperature, severe diarrhea and stomach cramps), appear in a few days. In rare cases of this type of food poisoning in patients developing hemolytic uremic syndrome – a disease, where the red blood cells in the blood are destructed and this leads to kidney rejection.
